It is also worth checking the data stored about you on the entries systems. I am not sure about Fabian4 or SIentries, but I know that OEntries doesn't go back to any other database to update your details after they are put in the first time.
Oh, and there are some missing BOF numbers there to, including one well known poster here.

Fabian4 gets a weekly update of the BOF database, I believe. And sometimes (e.g. just before the entry date for the first event of the year at which you need to be a BOF member
