Can I de-register her name from the card

Yes go to register SI-cards on the Sportident website, after inputting the card number and her name there are four options two of which are "An old SI-Card I do not use" or "An SI-Card now used by somebody else".

It is also worth checking the data stored about you on the entries systems. I am not sure about Fabian4 or SIentries, but I know that OEntries doesn't go back to any other database to update your details after they are put in the first time.

Fabian4 gets a weekly update of the BOF database, I believe. And sometimes (e.g. just before the entry date for the first event of the year at which you need to be a BOF member ) even more frequently than that.

It not a matter of who is sitting in the chair, if the input information they are given by the competitor is wrong the output will be wrong.

I was meaning the competitor sitting in the chair - but I suppose they might have been standing!
