As part of my preparation for the Cramlington Urban Race (3rd November -and yes you'll hear a lot more here) I've been in contact with a journalist with an interest in running but who admits knowing nothing about orienteering but sounds willing to find out.
By his phone number and the corporate address he's based Glasgow way -can I get one of the clubs up there to get in touch and perhaps get him along to an event?
