Looks a cracking summers day to be beside the seaside This weekend in Whitby, with Sraithes sprint in saturday..
Looks like Low Tide at 10.00, will this help??

Sounds a great weekend, if I was fit I'd head down there. Buy a lucky duck for me.

I'm not sure if I'll be able to run but I'll be there driving the NATO Treasurer for her run
Possibly the slowest Orienteer in the NE but maybe above average at 114kg
