My boyfriend showed me this after I met this very strange character at his college last Friday. And you thought orienteerng was over organised! I can recommend the Pav Proposal, Shadow Churchill College Transport Subcommittee, easyBus and Rants section. I'm yet to understand why the silly shipping forecast is at all silly.

I know this is cruel but well....this guy's comedy genius needs appreciating. And no, I definitely wasn't one of the rowdy crowd who got very excited about the 11 o clock pips...hmmm.

That's because you're not up at 04:40 GMT listening to the British version to use as a comparative. (It's on Radio 4 after the jingoistic music signifying the end of the world service transmission and before Prayer for the Day (and Farming Today)).

And I quite agree about IKEA.

There is too much empty land in southern Scotland and northern England for Anglo-Saxon routes to be viable (a Newcastle-Edinburgh route, calling at Berwick and Dunbar, might be possible, but a western route will not).
