you have to recycyle your rubbish so put it in different bags. kompost, metal, glass, and pretty much everything else goes in burnable.

ICA is the best shop.
herregård is the best cheese
when you go training always take clothes to change into afterwards
kebab tallrik is the best meal ever...

Shame you're not here Wednesday to witness the dramatic finale to the Stockholm City Cup.
I can't think of anything much, you can get most stuff here, it's not like Norway (!) but all girly bathroom stuff like shampoo and all lotions and potions are kind of expensive here compared to Britain so I stock up on all that when I'm back. Maybe I'm thinking more from a girl's perspective here.
Bring your student card for cheaper cinema etc
Other than that anything to stave off between training boredom, books, magazines.
Bring your mobile and get a Swedish SIM as soon as you get here, i think there are better deals but i just went into a telia shop and got a pay as you go SIM for 350SEK which is all calling/texting credit. then texts within and from Sweden are only 85ore. i text loads, been here 2 months and not had to top up yet.
i'll wrack my brains, i'll be off to Jukola and World Studs when you get here but after that can meet for trainings, visits.
