The freeware version v6 doesn't seem to be available from the OCAD site any longer, and I can't find it anywhere else.
Does it remain legally freeware even if OCAD themselves no longer make it available or publish the Ts & Cs?
Can anyone find a download source?

Re: OCAD 6?
They seem to have rebuilt their website - my old link 404s but I can access via google search. I can't see the freebie OCAD 6 and would suggest writing direct to the OCAD team, when I have done so in the past they have responded reaasonably quickly and have been very helpful.
I'm sure there are a lot of us with OCAD 6 tucked away otherwise and could probably PM a copy (unless OCAD have difinitively withdrawn the software - then it might be a bit naughty).

Re: OCAD 6?
OCAD 6 does seem to work fine with Windows 7 - I know from both experience and the answer OCAD AG gave me when I queried this. Perhaps there is a little corner where there are problems - I've yet to find it.

I think I have an executable but cannot PM it to Nimby as Nopesport will not accept .exe file attachments.

Re: OCAD 6?
compress it to a .zip file and send that. It will probably get thorugh and the recipient can then unzip it.

that may well fail too, pm an email address and try that (unless it's gmail where it won't work). If not, try hosting it somewhere and sending a link..

Re: OCAD 6?
Thanks Guys for that advice.
Have also tried emailing Nimby a zipped file and and unzipped file. Unfortunately his email address is a Gmail derivative so it gets rejected.
Probably have to resort to a CD and snail mail if Nimby hasn't found another solution. Sounds though from Orient's post there is still an 'official' way of downloading OCAD6 from OCAD.

This should work: click here to download, save the file and run it.

Yes it did - thanks to all.
I'd googled for "ocad 6" +free but hadn't looked at the match "Documents" as I didn't expect it to contained the actual product.
