.........and following Steve Birkinshaw's success at the OMM, you can see more of him and other notable orienteers on TV this Sunday morning when they screen the Terrex 3 day adventure race (held last summer). At least the top 2 teams contained orienteers . Channel 4 at 8am.

Action from the event, which featured mountaineering, kayaking and cycling, as teams of four negotiated a 400km course through the Lake District from Morecambe Bay to Keswick

Also featured orienteering stages but no idea how good the coverage may be !!!

Hopefully the coverage will be pretty good, the 6min cut down version that was on TransWorldSport recently was decent.
