16hrs!! poor u! I came bk in a plane
wat did u do on the rest day? we did the park o, but i only got 2 number 1 cos i was just runnin to number 2 and i saw my sister go rolling down a hill! she sprained her ankle so i was nice and helped her get bk to the finish

The damn annoying thing is that actually Rachel i've hardly done any. I did yvette baker but thats it last month. Might be going training on Sunday, then i'm going to a badass squad weekend in the lakes in feb.! can't damn wait, i'm sick of doing absoulutely no o at all recently
Actually come 2 think about it i may be going to the go national and anything before that... i haven't been thinking of anything beyond the mocks except the squad weekend

the next thing i'm doin is a SOC event in the new forest, some other badge event and the nat event they r all from the weekend where my mocks end, so i'll b ok.
the last o i did was an SOC event. i really wanted to go on boxing day cos WIM do this cool event but i was in Birmingham so i cudn't!
i need to get fitter, if i cud run faster i mite do a lot better! but if i cud run faster then i mite get lost cos i was runnin to fast...... but i'll never no til i actually CAN run faster! it's so annoying! i'm starting to get out doin some runs, and it'll be pretty easy 2 keep it up thru the mocks when i get home at lunchtime, have days off or don't go in till lunch!...so i'm hopeful! mayb by the JK, where it's gonna b bl**dy hilly so i think i'll need the trainin just to complete the course without collapsing!

2) With the training, r u the kind of person that want's 2 do well but cant b asked 2 train therefore doesn't do as well as she likes and so it keeps going round in this circle?
3) I haven't got *any* free days, although i've got like mornings and afternoons off and stuff.
4) When do u go back 2 school and when ddo ur mocks end?
5) Believe me, just cos its the lake district u suddenly think: big [nope] off mountains. It isn't necessarily like that (not at the places i've been to). It's about fine contour and rock detail, like crags, knolls and contour features.
