Regents Park Ultrasprint.
Many thanks to LOK for putting on a great event. Lots of atmosphere as everybody was around the Start/Finish area. I was amazed how quickly they got everybody off in the "Runners Up" race after the exciting head to head finals. Even managed to beat hubby having held him off in the final maze. However I did have a 1 minute start on him.

Really fun day - my thanks to all concerned.
Those who enjoyed having to identify the correct control rather than just running to the areas and punching the first kite found would probably also enjoy Trail-O. You might like o try the Trail-O course after the Caddihoe Chase next week.

Agreed! Really good compliment to the Urban race and a great weekend all round. Well worth the trip down from Scotland and nice to see so many overseas competitors hanging around for it too.
Orienteering - its no walk in the park

I really enjoyed this event. Well done to all the organising team who made it all run so smoothly. It was my first ultrasprint and I will definitely be on the look out for more.
What are pictorial descriptions?
