Help in submitting results to ranking list please
Having trouble getting a suitable format of results from Autodownload to be submitted to the BOF ranking list. It is a regional event with colour courses, no age categories. Anyone else done this from Autodownload and can suggest how it's done? Etools gives me a header line and nothing else, using the OE splits format export directly on the submission form results in an error message about too many formatting errors.

FWIW, exporting from AutoDownload in the OE splits .csv format then uploading directly has always worked fine for me (last time was about 2 weeks ago after Harden Moor).

All fixed now, it was a rogue BOF number that was preventing the file's acceptance. Easy when you know how. Thanks to Alan H for suggesting deleting that number.

I have found rogue commas, for example in the name of the event or in groups, have caused problems in the past.
Don't recognise your error message however.

FTGK,
A segmentation fault, at least on Linux servers, can occur when there are too many processes or jobs running simultaneously and there's not enough memory to accommodate them all at that point in time.
Have you tried uploading again? It may work, but sometimes the only solution is a server re-boot by whoever is authorised to do this.
