Top stuff,
I wonder if today's results will be enough for BOF to put JWOC up as a main piece of news, rather than leaving it on the side bar...

Don't be silly - as a news item, JWOC results clearly pale into insignificance when compared with the results of a sports satisfaction survey published a month ago.

I guess that's what happens when you have an office full of people who aint actually orienteers...
Just checked the Swedish home page, they have lots of news about JWOC, not so much about child protection, club mark and sport england surveys
Back onto JWOC, the girl who won is only 17, impressive

Good showing from the girls in the relay - just at the back of the traditional major O nations. Wonder if team 2 can beat team 1 in the boys?
Will? We've got proper fire now!

Re: JWOC 2009
Very well done to the GB Girls team - effectively 7th first team and 6th second team in the relays with only the scandies, swiss and czech ahead.

To oblivion and beyond....
