but its going to be good this year, i can see some yellow faced southerners when they see the scottish teams arrive, clyde, legends, itn and garmar, and fvo of course

damn those yellow face southerners....
but there bave never really been any good teams from the south... apart from the mighty Saints last year, but the 2nd place BOC relay team have all joined new clubs, so looks like it was just 1 year of glory.

So nothing about each runner having to be a member of BOF - just a member of the club you are running for.
I believe there are different (stricter) rules for the relay league.
This is different to the individual days of the JK where you have to be a member of BOF or another federation.
