In case anybody hasn't seen it, the Welsh 1000m race is in the news - apparently there are a couple of runners missing in the bad weather.
EDIT: Good news - they've found them. Hopefully there won't be quite as big a publicity storm as there was for the OMM...

Amazing - I spent the weekend in the hills of Arnamurchan in the most ideal conditions. Lots of sun and fabulous visibility. Pure heaven
