Having seen the machine that is chepls running well at the weekend I reckon he'll win this one on M18 with your good self mharky taking M20 (where are the rest of the 20's?)
Cerys to take W18 with Becky to take W20 (where are they all as well?)

I am just starting the forum early for post race chat, This way atleast it will all get to the same place...
Dont know wahts going on with M20s, seems to be a desticnt lack. Cant find me or GG on the start list eaither... but i know we will be off ealry as its interland. whoop whoop.

sorry to spoil the fun but andrew L is looking good at the moment should be a top five for him. chepls and scotia to try and bit each others ears off for the top two positions

M18 - Gotta be the Chepls lad, though I reckon Scotia will give him a run for his money.
M20 - Guessing GG's not fully fit yet so it'll have to be Mharky
W18 - Cerys - after a storming run at the Forest of Dean the other week.
W20 - Gotta stick up for my own here - Tis Naomi all the way guys - she's a JEC legend. As for home runners, don't reckon Liz Bridge will be too far behind.
M20 - Guessing GG's not fully fit yet so it'll have to be Mharky
