hi is anyone going to the triple 0 7 this weekend? im entered on the 14A wen i usualy do 14B so ill probably b out there hours coz i havent done that standard course b4! :cry:

yeah you'll all see me lost on W18A, though I have actually done some training hehe. might work, or maybe not!

me liz and tess were gonna try improve on our 2nd last yr but lizzi's on some d of e thing, so we dont have a full team :'(

start lists are up for the short race but theyre amending the mistakes on sunday's
sarum are, of course, entering a team, in the 14- i assume it will be alice butt, julia blomquist and lucy benham, and in the 18- its between myself, emily and stef who gets the two places alongside ruth, based on our performances on the weekend (almost certainly wont be me!)

probably your running 20E and so have no start time for day 2 because it depends on day 1
