i know, we're all starting pretty much within the hour.. and most etams put the better runners off later by the look of it so any mistakes and you could get caught up...
how likely is it too track up? and is the area as bad as it looks on the map!!

yes it is true we only won because scotland misspunched but that's just the way it goes sometimes. All the squads had some people with bad results, so did we. If we had all had fantastic runs then it would have still been very close.
Just wanna say thankyou to Tony (the greatest coach ever) and Nev for all their hardwork
it was obviously down to the flowers and warmup tho, lol
Apparantly we are hosting next year, so lots of support for us when we get our hat trick
*yay*

Well done yorkshire, bad luck scotland, so close and yet so far good luck everyone for next year, i'm rooting for NW to claw back another place (preferably two)... but i can't contribute at all next year And hey for all ye who saw my uber cool-and-icky-skanky knee ... it's still icky! Just spent several hours in A&E after my last exam and can't go out celebrating i can go for a run though!

ya well done YHOA. you managed to keep the title this year but will you still be gloating next year? .......
must say us scots are very determined now! so was it YHOA who were prancing up and down the field doing their warm up?!- have to admit you had me in stitches!
must say the prizes were well good! that stewardes loved our flowers we got- they smelled gorgeous!
so scotland had another disater with the minibuses. the north bus had a flat battery so we were waiting for ages in glasgow airport carpark and didnt get home till 1am. dont know how everyone else managed but i just about survived school on monday!
did everyone else get back ok? no major muckups?
