Dave wrote:main piece of advice has to be pick ticks off the day you get them rather than three days later as Jonny did, wasn't pretty.
Yeh Pingu did that in sweden, the tick ended about three times the size of a tick taken out imediatly

Ok, well, when I was there, (nearly 2 yrs ago so i may have forgotton!)
Up at 8ish, leave about half 9? Depends where you're going - some exercises will be straight from the centre. You'l either take a packed lunch or come back to the centre, then more training and back about 4. After cleaning out minibuses etc. time's more or less your own, then theres dinner, briefing etc. And theres ya day!! You have half a rest day on wednesay, where you'l go to tescos's, visit the Glenmore crew and try an beat them at rounders/frisbee, whatever the game is!
Really is an ACE week, you'll have such a good time!

Not too early, 8ish I think. And bed about 10. You'll train in the morning, stop for lunch, do another exercise and fun competition usually in the afternoon, and tour champs on the last couple of days. Similar structure to squad training mostly, just every day for a week. Then you'll go back to the hut at 4ish, get clean, mark up routes, have a bit of leisure time, then have tea, do your chores, debrief and have the rest of the evening free.
edit: you got in before me bex!

You should see us a few times during the week as we sometimes train at the same areas at same time. Helen and Bex you're making me nostalgic! Time to turn off this slow sad music i think!

Lagganlia is well good!!
Doesn't matter too much if ur not up by 8ish tho, me n bry tended not to even wake up by then...
And have LOADS of water fights ( which remindes me, glenmore lot dont get the shower block wet if you have a water fight we got told off by the warden for that... strange) and make sure u beat glenmore on the rest day!
And if u wanna escape at night dont leave the windows wide open, fall over a trailer(bex) or sleep through 3 alarms.
Lagganlia is amazing..did i say that? You'll have such an great time!
