ok.........
but any like really amazing ideas.
im thinking of taking it really easy to the last control then absolute maxing it to the finish. tho i suppose i shudnt really do that if its a selection race. damn. k need more ideas............
the [nope] junior run-in competition!
Moderators: [nope] cartel, team nopesport
take an early start, then with the last possible start do a colour coded (if possible), use the course as a gentle warm up for a very hard run in.

Ah, but can't you just declare your second run in

that would count as cheating round the whole course. it is worse than doing a second run, 'cos at least then it's still under your own power.

...and it has to be all under your own power.
If you now you've had a jobby run you could wait at the last control and then run, but I find it better to punch last control while running - sprinting straight through last control to the finish.

well i think some of us might have to "save our energy" hey bry? lol sorry couldnt resist! well i could maybe manage a full sprint round the course if i stock up on lucozade and energy tablets beforehand!
thats actually quite a good idea dave. hmmm i think i might try that in the next race ive got. its kind of the same as overall control flow! (oh what i learn on these squad training weekends!)

i don't think this competition was meant to be taken that seriously!
no steroids required
however i think that drugging fellow athletes should be entirely legal
Dave i'll be doing the cooking next week by the way
