Can I make a suggestion....
Everybody liaise together with one another to book on the same campsite, whichever one we might choose. (This is obviously for people who haven't booked yet and/or who aren't staying with family). Similarly, we need to brainstorm possible methods of transport to events.

I believe this is the chosen trip for the Irish Junior Tour this year. So should be a good crowd of those uns over.
(Going by what I heard once a while back as I'm too lazy to check if this is in fact true at the moment...)

I want to walk up the side of the mountain, I want to walk down the other side of the mountain. I want to swim in the river, lie in the sun. I want to try being nice to everyone.

im goin hopefully. I've been looking into finding a campsite, where, with enough people, we could have the whole site for the week, (eg: we have anough people to rent out every plot), because then there would be less problems about noise, alcohol, behaviur etc, and witha large numer we would be easily able to negotiate prices for things like getting to the events.
would anyone be interested?

Wheels alone? Wow.

Fair play. I live in the dark ages of VCRs and walkman. None of these new-ages gizmos for me. I feel out of the loop.
I'll take the ol' horse and cart.

Personally I'm with Gareth, the whole campsite atmosphere of a multiday event is the best part of it. I'm hoping to get a job for the majority of summer anyway so I won't take a week (out of 8 ) off to do something that won't actually be all that fun in the end. Shame though, I was kinda looking forward to that.
