How do you run faster?
Last night I set a new pb on one of my trainning runs in the dark trying to catch the spotlight coming from my head torch.(sad I know) Any other interesting ways to speed your self up when trainning?

get on a running machine and keep pressing the "incease speed" button -your bound to run faster!
oh and talking of running machines- how old does everyone have to be too use their local gym because i still aint old enough though it just half a year to go! yay!

I think you have to be 16 to use my one back home. Though, I not 100% sure.

ours is 16, but you have to do an induction thingy which is embarrassing at college when all of the people working in the gym are people in your class and they make you demonstrate all of the machines and put them on really high levels and leave you there... i mean.. great gym...

Nah, when i joined our college gym last year (i was still 16, just) but the guys in my PE class worked in the gym, they were resitting their AS so were 17/18...
