whose run on it b4? i've never been and so far everyone i've asked has said its horrible...
is the dark green really fight? are track routes quicker? and is it really really physical?

thought it was a good (if exceedingly physical area). also felt the JM5L courses were planned really well, but I was totally knackered afterwards AND i lost my compass on one of those stupidly steep slopes we had to go down...ah well very enjoyable, back to my work then, probably should have done some work this easter...

yeah i enjoyed it..found the course ok...jw5l very physical but coped ok...was really careful with attack points but then as soon as i went back o my "oh, it'll just b at the bottom of this hill" it all went wrong.... tsssk, i hate orienteering plus i fell ovr in the river t'was cold...
didnt seem to be that many people doing under 10 mins a km tho on my course

i had a bit of a shockin run!!and now feelin ill bcoz towards the end i felt really dehydrated and had 2 hav something to drink so drank a tiny bit of water from one of the rivers now realise it woznt a good idea!!
