I just got to the 7km ish mark and died - couldn't run - my time was resonable up till then
surely it doesn't take that long to get down there - took me 3-4 to loughborough the other week

It should have taken bout 4 hrs. But we got stuck on the M6 for some random reason and then we were crawling on the A50 for ages after that. for some reason we didnt seem to be travelling for that long. +then had to get home from being dropped off by the minibus. meant I got in at 8 and couldn't be arsed to do owt.

if your talking to me, I made a few little wobbles here and there and mucked up bout 1.15 on the first long leg by being a dick. then a few more wobbles. Maybe 2/3 mins- I was quite pleased to have a pretty clean run.

i did 20 seconds.....wasnt that fast but obviously no real runners on the course, plus the fat (edit..fact** happy peter) that the control wasnt actually where it was on the circle! but still.....hey, i were the fastest!! lol :(made bout 10 mins of mistakes tho......cos completely screwed up 6 and 17 wasting about 5 mins on each...wasnt happy, but oh well..would of been happy if i'd done 66 so not complaining really
