umm well it varies
but in general a typical week is
monday: netball at lunchtime, hockey training after school and a run - 5km ish
tuesday: hockey at lunchtime, athletics - circuits or intervals
wednesday: netball technique and fitness training at lunch, after school run? - 5km ish
thursday: PE fitness, run or circuits, then after school tap followed by athletics - road run, hill reps or technique stuff
friday: netball match practice at lunch, run or table tennis after school!!
weekends orienteering
somewhere in there i try to fit in tennis but am not sure what day it will be on yet, also school cross country races, netball matches and piano lessons etc etc!!

so u cant really moan that i dont train, jus dont do nethin outside
but i probs shud run...its jus that i get injured whenever i do cos swimmin shortens your hamstrings....n runnins the opposit....so i screw them up when i run

hmmmm, compared to most of your mates (not those in 'o' or running) dyu find you do alot of training?? cos i think im nearly the only girl in my year who actually does train..for anything n i thought i did quite a bit of training...but looking at what every1 else does....maybe not

well not in terms of hockey, netball and xc although most people only do one or two of the three. In terms of running though noone goes out for runs - it' not exactly the most fun thing in the world for a teenager to do unless you actually like it which is where the difernece is.

where's your rest days? i know you're all trying to look good (not you gareth!) but you need time to let your body build up the muscles otherwise you're always tearing the muscle tissue and never letting it repair! you guys are nuts!

I work my rest days into it. If im feeling knackered after the weekend then i wont train on monday and if i hav loads of work to do then i generally wont train after school that night. In practice i only train/do something about 4 times a week. I did try doing the whole week once and I was so tired i was ill so Jess you are indeed right...
