mine is something like this:
monday - hour swim before lunch, then into the gym at lunch,
tuesday - gym at lunch, depending on how much time i have!!
wednesday - rest
thursday - gym at lunch
friday - spend free time at work!
saturday - rest
sunday - swim or o race
i'm not really a fantastic orienteer cos i don't really run that much, so i'm not too fit in that respect. i'm going to try and start running with a club on monday and wednesday evenings tho.
i also have a part time job to fit in & i'm trying to get my lifeguards and swimming teachers certificates. gets kinda confusing!!
do you keep training diaries/logs?
