Was standing in the assembly field at senny bridge ranges today after my run watching the remaining finishers complete the fast courses - when dad pointed out a notts high school guy came in, running at an average pace. This guy then put his hands up for a reaction and proceded to forward roll perfectly into the finish control and punch - perfectly, afterwhich bowen ran to download - i wish to know whether this has been practised peter, and whether it will become as famous as the safety dave salute!

he was planning another one today but i missed it as i passed him on the course

it was a move repeated several times during the week.. he even managed to up-root the finish punch mid roll on one day!!
