they are a great band...they came on with neon cloaks on and preceded to sing "99 cents" with matching '99 cents' sheilds...then they sung "we don't play guitars" with air guitar...i was just standing there gawping the whole time in amazment!!soooo rubbish but i felt so sorry for them!in the last song the lead singer knitted a scarf and smeared neon paint all over herself...
the other support was james brown (ie "I feeeeel good") who is about 90!!!he went on for waaaaaaaaaay too long!?just typical american overthetopness....YAWN!

That sounds like a strange line-up to play with the Chilis.
Sadly I missed them this year, but I did see them last August in Ireland playing with Foo Fighters, Queens of the Stoneage, PJ Harvey, Morcheeba and Hailite. The whole day was amazing, but the Chilis definitely stole the show!
Plus I've still got the inflatable Chili from the concert-it's cool!

I want to walk up the side of the mountain, I want to walk down the other side of the mountain. I want to swim in the river, lie in the sun. I want to try being nice to everyone.
