Are you the champion Trebor???
I forgot to say that I agree with G and Helen. Commentry like at the SHI this year along with the musical statues at this years social. Get people up on stage and/or have one person represent each region. The tunes are important as G said but at the social everyone has to be up for it! At last years JHI everyone sat around. Come on don't be waiting for some weirdo to emerge wearing a stupid hat and leopardskin handcuffs! Get down to some true boogeing and be the partying elite, or I'll bring out my hat again. (which i think i have lost.)

Queen eh? As much as I like some of their songs they really have written some shocking tunes and just thrown in a bit of sweet guitar to spice em up a bit. Good example for me is Bicycle Races - rubbish lyrics and what are those bells all about?? But everyone loves the guitar in it.
Can't knock Killer Queen, Breakthru and Bohemian Rhapsody though, good tunes (not too often tho)
Good list for Jircs (tho Im not goin) - but where's the BeeGees classics?
Jive Talkin'
Tragedy
Night Fever
Stayin' Alive
Gives the Gibbs a go!

superb idea - and if you could have the big screens for the relay like at the harvester then you'd have utter class

How could i forget?! Underworld Born Slippy
I think the screens would be an excellant idea. I know this is to do with the organisers really but what about a momento like a glass with jirc 2004 written on it for everyone, instead of only the winners getting something? at least I would be coming home with something then!
