power bar boxes
everyone man dog and child picked up about 10 each at the JK. what does everyone think of them? I'm of the school of thought that they do help especially the small concentrated gell like substance which is needed on any classic race. luckily all the spare bottles provided easter presents for my flatmates.
nope it i still have the coolest hat in school

ask nick barrable what he thinks of them. If he says he loves them, he just lies cus he's sposered by them. Indeed the Glenmore 03 tour champs won powerbar/powerade sposered tops, donated by him - but they were pretty crap

think Id have to agree with lord fred, they probably do help, but alas didnt turn me into an olympian! i thought the gell thing was vaguely reminisent of baileys (the drink) but that could easly have been me not thinking straight halfway round! but yes becks, spewing was only narrowly averted thanks to there beeing a drinks station nearby!!
Argue for your limitations, and sure enough they are yours.

This post contains one of the most interesting threads, how many conversations have commented on the need for sponsorship, which Nick has got. I have no problem with it if he gets paid to eat bricks of hamster poo.
Now, I know you're a feminist, and I think that's adorable, but this is grown-up time and I'm the man.

The gel made an excellent hangover cure for me on thursday but I'm not sure how much of that was due to it tasting rough. The chocolate protein bars are great though (though not as good as the banana protein bars avaliable at the o-ringen. I have yet to see those in the UK).
