Label says "Machine wash and machine dry. Use warm water and tumble dry low. Turn inside out (How will you get the grot ou of them??!!) No fabric softener required. Do not bleach, dry clean or iron. Temperature is 40 degrees with two lines underneath." That's the woollens wash on my machine. However as GG says I just put them in with everything else, and turn them the right way round!!
Basically just do your own thing.
