Have somehow persuaded my boyfriend to run the KIMM with me this year (well actually he volunteered... ). As he's not an orienteering regular, and is unlikely to become so - he's a bit navigationally-challenged! - he hasn't got any decent fell running shoes suitable for the event or training. He tends to have problems over-pronating when running so could do with some decent, not-too-expensive shoes that wont' make that any worse....Any suggestions/recommendations??
Cheers,
Ali

I overpronate - try adidas swoops but not walshs or new balance feel running shoe. there's no support for the heel and they feel very unstable on paths.

Alternatively get yourself a different boyfriend
Lol! I quite like this one though cheers
Ta for the advice guys - after running (well ok, more like staggering) round Formby today I think I'm going to have to get some new shoes too - damm sand-induced blisters!
