narrow fitting road running shoes

On the original topic, if anybody's still interested, I've always found Reebok to be quite narrow fitting - too narrow for me. Alternatively get a "racing" shoe as opposed to a normal training shoe - my road racers take the same narrow orthotic insole as I use in my Mudrocs rather than the wider one I use in everything else.

Mharky is in Lithuania, but I can answer for him!
The TKMax is in southampton. The specialist shop, which is fantastic, is called Alexandra Sports. It is at the end of Gladys Avenue in Portsmouth, right next to the Mountbatten Sports Centre. Go to the end of the M275 and turn hard left back on yourself. Its about a mile back up this road. They spend a long time assessing your feet, get several pairs of shoes for you to try on, and you're expected to go out and run in them up and down the road! Allow anything up to an hour and it will be busy, especially at lunch time and Saturday(unless you get in early). We drive 30 miles each way to go there, but it is worth it with the fitting service you get and the wide range of shoes they offer. They are reasonably priced, certainly not cheap, but you get what you pay for. I guess they have a website. If you want I'll try to find it and post it here.

As you live in Cambridge Copepod, Advance Performance a shop in Peterborough which conducts gait analysis and is considered by most runners around here (East Midlands) the place to go, to ensure that you get shoes that fit, is probably the nearest to you.
