It depends on your feet - Integrators are too wide for me - I have to have Twisters. Try a few on before you buy, or if you're mail ordering, order both and return the ones that don't feel right. Just don't wear them outside and if you have dobs, don't mark your mum's wooden floors

now correct ME if im wrong
integrators have more stability control by way of a dual density heel while falcons have nothing of the sort. also i think integrators have thicker plastic between dobs and the midsole to ease the risk of some kind of pressure injury caused by the dobs.

According to the Ultrasport Website - Integrators are narrower and have a dual density mid-sole and strap lacing for narrow feet. Falcons don't, they only have an EVA midsole. Twisters are the same as Integrators, but are made on a track spike last, i.e. very narrow heel, medium forefoot.

twisters have a wide toe and front area and the back is narow.
falcons are wide all the way,
intergrators are narrow all the way.
but if you read the post about vj loops and intergrator, you will get more info.
but i find that itergrator dont go the full distance, and ware and tare, ive gone throught 5pairs of them this year.

the only way you'll tell is if you try them on and see which fits you better. Elementary, really...

Olway, or Jalas, or whatever they're called these days, tend to last way, way, longer than anything else I've used. Compass Point sell them.

ditto. the dark blue olway foxes are solid as anything- the whole upper is one piece. i swapped to them after being an integrator/twister man, when vj changed to a design i didn't like.
at the end of the day tho fazza, haven't you got enough experience already of which o shoes you like? i hope you're happy with whatever you buy.
