while we do encourage any bug reports on the training diaries as well as the other parts of the site, some features in the training diaries are turned off for now as we see how it goes. keep posting though!

The location link for training sessions doesn't work (it adds a spurious http://www.nopesport.com in front of multimap address).

try adding an http:// to the beginning of the link

Tried to load up a pretty Polar HR graph in the Training bit but I received an error message. Maybe what Rob f (still can't get used to that!) when he loaded up a piccie.
What type of Polar file should I be trying to load anyway?

Hem hem, I say Pyrat , I and a number of other imbeciles have managed to double post in the training diaries - this is very emnbarrassing (because we didn't read the warning until the second time round) can they be weeded out?
