A topic that's not discussed so often. I'm just back from the running machines where I was playing with HR's with a group of people - since it's October... nice easy steady low HR stuff. Started playing with breathing & it's easy to reduce HR by 5 or 6 beats by breathing deeper... something that's easily done at these low rates.
Any thoughts from the scientists out there?
