I often hold back in the early part - to get myself into the map and to make sure that I can finish. Now I feel fitter I need to remember to run on "green" when I can, rather than take it all on "amber" all the way round. I went through a phase in 2003 of running v fast but not finding the control. Now my navigation is improving, I need to speed up again.
BTW - Gross, why are you not now Gross2005?
