Seemed to cover a number of topics that have been raised in recent threads about weight and mental approaches towards training and selection goals.
Don't know who wrote or compiled it, but they should note that they have mis-spelled Eeyore (Eor )

It's good stuff & finally come out of hiding from the secret BOF website
Goran A had a lot of input into it.... first chapter was his I think.... and since he's a stupid Swede who can't spell you expect mistakes like that (actually spoke to Goran on phone this morning & the lucky man is away skiing this weekend)

agree, fantastic that it's there. Saves all the time tneeded to find it from sources, which don't always relate it into an orienteering context.
Section on anorexia is especially pertinent to the recent discussion thread, but still uses BMI. Have just had to read academic tome on anorexia because of other work I do, and BMI not seen as most relevant measure. Also, anorexia/bulimia/ weight reduction through obsessive exercise can also result in inability to concentrate and frequent falls/ clumsiness and reduction in being able to think laterally "outside of the box", all of which might be picked up in orienteering in particular

Read a bit and most of it looks like Göran-material. I know that he was responsible for some of the tests on the swedish national team.
By the way, you shouldn't be so jealous about him going skiing. The weather in sweden is pretty shitty at the moment, rain and very little snow on the ground. I think at least one of the Ski-O-competitons in Idre this weekend will be cancelled.
