You could question the accuracy of the results because of small sample size.
For every winner, there are dozens of losers. Odds are you're one of them.

The prefessional cycelists I know want be too worried as they are both grandparants and over 60... but they do way more than 186 miles a week...

Presumably they don't bother checking their results and conclusions against real world data - pro cyclists aren't particularly known for having trouble making children. Britain's best known cyclist of recent times now has 5 I think!

He thinks he's the father? Spending all that time in the saddle, whilst the cats away the mouse will play

For my wife......she's on the phone right now ordering me a new 'professional' bike.
But 186miles/wk. Most of the amateur enthusiasts round here do that at weekends.
When my ankle is f*****d then its the best way for me to keep fit outside the gym, and thats only 31miles per day - to work and back on the 'safe' route plus some at the weekend.
