I think you'll find that London is a non-specific geographic term covering all of the UK east of Truro.

They're not closed - just running on minimal staff!
More employers need to embrace the benefits of home working/VPN etc - it's great (for some people)!

Virtually no snow here, East Yorkshire, and none again today. News keeps telling us how bad it is elsewhere...
