Like orienteering, it will have lots of mud. Hopefully the music will be better than that at the Spring Cup.
Is anyone planning on going?

I never got round to registering...even though I was reminded shortly before the deadline.
Did you manage to get your ticket though?

I want to walk up the side of the mountain, I want to walk down the other side of the mountain. I want to swim in the river, lie in the sun. I want to try being nice to everyone.

apart from the fact that its not in the scottish summer, its going to rain and it'll be midge hell it should be quite fantastic the way the lineup is going (ie electric picnic with more scottish acts)

I think festival of the year goes to Oxegen (based solely on music - the atmosphere is usually crap).
Snow Patrol, Muse, Scissor Sisters, Kings of Leon, Interpol, The Fratellis, Mika, Wu Tang Clan, Tori Amos, The Goo Goo Dolls, The Gossip, The Killers, Razorlight, Arcade Fire, Daft Punk, The Kooks, My Chemical Romance, Bloc Party, Babyshambles, Amy Winehouse, James Morrison, CSS, Klaxons, Queens of the Stone Age, Enter Shikari, Bright Eyes and Ocean Colour Scene, Rufus Wainwright, The Long Blondes, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, The Saw Doctors, The Maccabees, The Pigeon Detectives, Little Man Tate, The Hold Steady, Air, Gogol Bordello and the Sierra Leone's Refugee All Stars.

Bah, following Bendover down the miserable London git route. Bor-ring. It'll be ace whatever the weather. Bjork, for crying out loud! And CSS. And My Latest Novel. And the Beastie Boys. And Mogwai. And LCD Soundsystem. I think I like 75% of the bands announced and they're nowhere near the whole line up. Amazing.
Will? We've got proper fire now!

The line-up for Oxegen is amazing.
But so was the atmosphere when I went. Thought it was amazing. Would prefer a less amazing line-up so I could spend more time at the "New Bands" tent. it's how I discovered The Blizzards. Wahey.
