Radio 1 lets listeners take over

BBC Radio 1 let its listeners take over the airwaves for 10 hours on Easter Monday.
Listeners were able to text or call in with their favourite songs which were then played by the radio station.

The theme from the Muppet Show, Elton John's I'm Still Standing and Dolly Parton's 9 to 5 were all played.

Other "oddities" included Dennis Waterman's I Could Be So Good, the theme to Minder, Frank Sinatra's I've Got You Under My Skin and the theme to the 1984 movie Ghostbusters.

but i bet colin and edith or whoever was pumping out the tunes couldn't sing the minder theme as good as me and lobban

this week at snatch i want to hear the muppets theme and frank sinatra. bootlegged together.

man why were we running round the lakes yesterday when we couldve done a 10hour snatch effort?
