And you think BOF gets too stuck into all this stuff! This beauty was spotted in Waitrose this lunchtime. Actually comic genius.

I once stood on a grape. Stabbed right through my foot. Struggled to walk for days. This is not to be laughed at Becks.

Quite right, grapes could be extremely dangerous and precautions should be taken to avoid grape related accidents. I only hope there were more signs warning of the dangers of other soft fruits. Some slippery nectarine flesh could be equally treacherous..
What were you doing in Waitrose anyway? Have you come into some money?

this costs the tax payer £1,387,312.45 a year. Unfortunately, since the related import taxes are so high, the government is trying to (metaphorically) sweep reports like these under the carpet.
its really a giant conspiracy.

Another example of a corporate trying to abdicate their responsibility for H&S. Who's responsibility is it if someone slips and injures themselves - Waitrose or the naughty individual who didn't use two bags? And would Waitrose sue you to reclaim their costs?
Watch out for the hidden cameras on the grape counter monitoring those who don't comply.

Indeed Mrs H. This is what we should do - take the cauliflower OUT of the bag it is in and use this as a secondary wrapping on the already wrapped grapes.... unless ofcourse I am missing something obvious that will lead to cauliflower related accidents.

ideally each customer would use a freshly picked banana leaf to wrap their dangerous goods in. obviously, the bananas would have been preremoved, i think we all know the potential dangers of slipping on a banana skin

Or if they fall on the floor and in a bowling-ball-like manner procede to knock down carefully stacked tinned items.
