How many males even think about how their underwear is viewed I've often followed men whose O kit is see through and they have not even thought about their underwear, my own family included. I must admit to having to consider colour more with my red trousers that are slightly more see through.
Diets and fitness are no good if you can't read the map.

All my underwear seems to be mud-damaged, so I only have one type. Whether or not the underwear (or the associated mud stain) is visible, I've never considered. And given the general lack of mirrors in southern forests, it's probably something I won't find out in the near future...

We could always stand you infront of a big crowd at an event and procede to take a poll determining how visible your underwear is. Ranging from 1 to 10. Bonus points for associated "mud" stain.
If you like.

I want to walk up the side of the mountain, I want to walk down the other side of the mountain. I want to swim in the river, lie in the sun. I want to try being nice to everyone.

Remember 2 of my lads getting their washing done at the laundry at the O ringen one very wet year. It had been washed twice as it was so manky. That was after a weeks continuous rain at the Finn 5 the previous week!! The assistant liked the Union Jack pants!!

When looking for knickers for a 4 month long expedition, when washing was going to be a challenge at times, I looked at specialist sports underwear, but it was pretty expensive - around £15 per pair. So, I went to M&S to see what they had, and bought several pairs of nylon knickers, with cotton cotches, which turned out to be ideal, around £5 per pair - black or purple, rather than white, to hide the dirt from sitting / falling in wet / boggy areas. They're also ideal for orienteering - comfortable even when wet from sweat and they dry quickly after washing. Style less important than material, in my opinion. I'm female, by the way
ive got the same - from m&s as well!!
frenchies?! what - i don't think i'd be keen on wearing nice knickers orienteering lol

Think the most significant result from the poll is that more men vote than women. They care more about the things that matter.
