And since this thread has been rekindled, I thought I'd mention that Durham hates cars too. Only place outside London with a congestion charge, just happens to be on one of the roads where I live. Yummy. It has every right to hate them though...the streets are bloody TINY.

A biggish bollard is potentially mappable ( I have seen smaller boulders)
