Ok, I've now twice been accused of being I-Pod, and apparently the information has been passed on by other people to one of the accusors, so I thought I'd just say I am not I-Pod! Anyone that thinks I would anonymously start a post about myself ('plea to selectors') does not know me very well! If I want to rant, I will use my own name!
cheers,
Pippa

Oh dear - a thread about me
I can confirm that I am NOT Pippa or Peter b (whoever Peter b is).
Would you like me to list a few more people I am NOT?
Robin Field
Chris Bonnington
The Mayor of Casterbridge
I was not aware that it was compulsory to reveal my identity, except to [nope] when I registered.
If my anonymity offends - I'll quietly evaporate.

I've got a strong suspicion who it is.
NB. Living in "the smoke" myself, as well as being one of the early adopters of the iPod (back when it "wasn't cool") I feel obliged to mention that no, it isn't myself in an alter-ego, either.

My suspicion was that it was a London based JOKer. I have an idea who it might be, but it could be way off the mark.
Yep, way off the mark. Avoid JOK like the plague - membership simply entitles you to help plan and organise events in distant parts of the country.
