The Drumdryan St massive bought a set of monopoly today which is going to be customised to an orienteering set.
I reckon each colour should be a region, each street a map, probably a fair number of access fees and bof levies etc.
So whats the Old Kent Road of the O World? And Mayfair? Whats the ranking of the regions, and who gets excluded? and lots of sugestions for chance and community chest cards needed!
and anyone fancy making us an old o shoe or compass counter?

nah, instead of houses its kites representing event standards, so you start off with training fees when you have no houses and move up through c5 bargain events to stupid jk entry fees for your hotel.
i would say scotland should be mayfair/park lane and lakes should be green but that means we only get 2 areas.

It's years since I've played the game - do they still have chance and community chest cards? What would the orienteering equivalent be? A chance to compete at JWOC? You lose your O Shoe in a bog, go directly to Haslingden Grane...

Jail could be lost.
Get lost. Get directly lost. Do not pass the start triangle and do not collect £200.
Throw a double to re-locate.
Re-locate free card.
On the podium collect £10 from each player.
Land sponsorship deal collect £200.
You are drug tested. Pay £10 bribe or take a chance.
Your control description holder breaks. Pay £2.50 for a new one.

You fall and smash your compass. Pay £55 for a new one.

if you think that's bad, you should try some of the really minging places in East Anglia, like that place I fell in the swamp last Christmas.

Shooters Hill must be Old Kent Road. As well as being the closest wood to Old Kent Road, it's a centre of excellence for fly tipping and vandalism.
