so we have had a few end of year activities organised throughout this week.
one of them is the traditional 'milk run'
and I thought you lot might be interested on an athletic basis...
Competitor instructions:
1.Dress appropriately


2.Drink a bottle of uniquely coloured food dye

3.Drink a litre of milk followed by a mouthful of lemon juice

4.run a lap of the school drive

5.Drink another litre of milk+lemon juice. Run another lap of the drive etc until you vomit.



Then you are out of the race

Winner is the last man standing.
