will be swimming as soon as I can walk as far as the swimming pool. only did it yesterday so still on the hopping stage. If there were a hopping championships I reckon I'd make a fair competitor though.
A little late to reply I know, so I hope you're well on the way to healing. Don't do aqua aerobics, which is what I plumped for when I did my ankle in. Full of ancient old ladies who didn't even know how to spell exercise nevermind aerobics. Swimming is much better.
I can now work, woo. Which means I have to go to work. Swam for the first time today which was interesting - 20 lengths crawl without moving my legs! Still got to keep fit somehow. Physio seems to think it'll mend ok but might be 9 weeks without running - then he's not to convinced about orienteering as he thinks I'll go over on it again. Still, it's a while before I'll be thinking about that.
