I'm glad i'm home...i feel sorry for u burgh boys having to drive home....night champs excellent...lots of jobbie today, my legs are trashed. Pity bout the JOK could have had a little more in the way of atmosphere/razzammmatazz...what about a spectator control, and surely you need more than one puch for the final controls, theres no way to pass anyone if you are stuck behind them waiting to punch.....
Anyway heres to some quality terrain without [nope]ing brambles.

well i've had a lovely wee run round a (mainly) gorgous forest in fife which was nice, brilliant underfoot and fast running but with a few devious nasty controls taken straight from the "how to have a control in a pit? - dig one" book used at busa last year... no razz there either tho, but good to come home and find the nopesport results service is on the ball to find out whats happening at the other end of the country.

Yeah well done Allan (grrrrrrrr).
I thought JOK was very well done actually (apart from pishy number 13 in the prologue!). Better than the night champs anyway. At least there was commentry and you could see the start (me falling over on the way to number 1) and the finish (me being humbled by Bogle's spurt) and we won rather fetching hats.

aye, well done Bogle, good skills, and well done matt, a good weekend all round, (allans just got a bigger spurt, thats all!!)
I on the other hand was racing like a nutter round a mountain bike/fell run duathlon in peebles. bloody amazing, very slippy hence the large amounts of cuts/scratches/bruises all over me today. the bike was ace then the 40min fell run was gorgeous, a spankingly good day up here. came 3rd over all so quite chuffed with that one.
for anyone thinking about doing one, they are sooo much fun (and no brambles either!!)
