Lyn's getting married, so opted not to go. I don't know what the story is with Iain, but they've picked the top 4 men from the trial.

Aye, well done Scotia, and Cerys!! Unlucky Oleg, so close...but it was obviously pretty tough if they wouldn't put Iain in the team!!! That seems really stupid, he couldn't run the trial and the wouldn't select him anyway. That makes the selectors look like twats to me, because in an artical about him in the Scotsman, he was saying how he could have continued just doing track, like some people would want, but was going to prepare for New Zealand instead, but they didn't pick him!!! Even after he came back, won the race Martin put on and was 2nd at Edale (1st Scot). You would think they would be desperate to keep him in hill running, but obviously not....
