I saw the programme - it was on a while ago. They walked round a POC as a family, got lost, but persevered and from what I remember, really enjoyed the day as family time together, if not as a sporting activity.

They idea came from the "guru" who was advising them to make them get outdoors and active and spend some fanily time together.
